Three Dimensional Human Beings
by MAx Fabry
Are you in TOTAL alignment?
What is YOUR center?
Is there a kink in your WIRING?
Human beings are complicated souls. I see Human Beings, not as one dimensional, but THREE DIMENSIONAL.
If one of these blocks is skewed, we are OUT OF BALANCE.
Imagine a wire going down the center of all three blocks. In order to be HEALTHY our MIND, CENTER, AND BODY need to be in alignment.
If you can ascertain which block is skewed, you can focus your healing on that particular area:

The MIND is the
BIG IDEA part of us
that CHANNELS to our CENTER
The GOAL is to THINK/SPEAK YOUR TRUTH WITH LOVE
The CENTER is our
MORAL COMPASS
it REGULATES BEHAVIOR AND ACTIONS:
It is important to BE SOLID WITH YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM
The BODY is the ACTIVIST for our BIG IDEAS
HEALTHY performance decisions are based on a SOLID CENTER
The BODY needs to PERFORM WITH POSITIVE INTENTIONS

Three Dimensional Human Beings
Remember, our center keeps our mind and body balanced.
Example:
Your BIG IDEA is “Let’s play baseball!”
You are the batter and you are having a terrible dispute with the pitcher off the field.
If your CENTER has a “kink” in it, you will be able to easily convince your BODY--when you hit the ball, try to hit the pitcher.
If your MIND, BODY, AND CENTER are all in alignment, with no wire kinks, your BIG IDEA will intercept to keep you morally sound; it sends a message “Hit the ball hard to the outfield when pitched to you.” Your CENTER will transmit a message that says “Now is not the time. Play fair.”
Your BODY will respond accordingly, and—probably—you will hit a home run!
Integrity means having our MIND, CENTER, and BODY in alignment.

The Breath
From the second we leave our mother’s womb, we need to start breathing on our own.
When people get stressed, tired, or have an anxiety attach, they tend to stop breathing!
Being aware of our breathing is important. Good breathing habits are needed to:
-improve your energy level
-slow your heart rate
-help to clean out the lungs
-reduce anxiety
-add positive changes to mind, center, and body
Try the following breathing exercise that can help reduce both your stress and anxiety levels, in addition to reducing pain levels:
BETTER BREATHING FOR BETTER HEALTH
CLOSE YOUR EYES
FEET FLAT ON THE FLOOR
HANDS ON YOUR LAP; fingers touching
Now BREATHE IN through your nose! HOLD it!
SLOWLY let the air out through your MOUTH!
While exhaling PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY:
feel your skull relax
your muscles relax on your shoulders, neck, back....
all the way down to your toes.
REPEAT AT LEAST 3 TIMES
or until you feel TOTALLY RELAXED!
